What should I bring to a sound bath?
It's a good idea to wear warm comfortable clothing. Your body temperature often drops during sound healing so I suggest bringing a blanket too. Bring any extras like a pillow that might help you get comfy.

I ask people to arrive at least 5 minutes early so they can get set up and comfy before we start.



How will I feel after a sound bath?
After a sound bath, people tell me how relaxed and calm they feel. It really is an experience unlike any other! Your sleep can be improved, your digestion aided and your overall sense of wellbeing can be increased too.
